Dietary Dept:

Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center’s Dietary Department prepares three nutritional meals per day for residents based on their individualized needs and dietary restrictions. Our dinning rooms are inviting and have a warm atmosphere which enhances the opportunity for residents to interact with one another.

The dietary department offers choices with food selection based on resident preferences.  Meals are prepared fresh daily and are served at flexible times.  A three-week menu rotation is changed every season.  (MENU)  Family and visitors are welcome to come have a complete pre-ordered meal at a nominal cost. All visitors are treated to a Thanksgiving and Christmas Dinner while visiting their family member on those days.

Rehab Unit Dining:

A restaurant atmosphere where residents are served at their table.

Main Dining:

A cafeteria-type atmosphere that provides a enjoyable experience while interacting with staff and other residents

Restorative Dining:
This is a smaller area which is monitored by staff who assist the resident in recapturing the ability to feed themselves and return to normal meal settings.

Staff Assisted Dining:
Residents have a private area set aside from the main dinning room which allows them to receive the additional assistance they may need to maintain a quality experience.

In-room Dining:

For residents who wish to dine privately .
