Certified Nursing Assistants, Medication Technicians, LPNs and RNs

In addition to being responsible for daily care and medication administration, our nursing staff builds rapport, learns routines and establishes trust with every resident. Nurses assess and relay medical information to providers in order for residents’ treatment and care to be adjusted.

Certified Wound Care Nurse

The wound care nurse assesses, stages, and orders wound treatments. Consultation with our wound care Physician is ongoing throughout the healing process.

Resident Assessment Coordinator

These nurses collect and analyze resident information and develop a comprehensive care plan. An interdisciplinary team regularly meets with residents and families to review and update the care plan.

The Restorative Program

The Restorative Assistants offer programs to assist residents in maintaining function and preventing decline.
