People don't tend to think of skilled nursing residents as an ever-changing population.

However, skilled clinicians at VNC already understand that residents are on a continuum of change. Their needs may need modification in the blink of an eye with illness, injury, or change in mental status. When residents improve and re-gain skills that were lost, they rely on rehab to re-work their therapy goals and continue to direct them toward recovery. Our Rehabilitation team utilizes new state of the art equipment including a gait trainer treadmill, unweighting system and Biodex Balance system to address your individualized plan of care.  Therapists offer home evaluations prior to discharge to help smooth each person’s transition back home.
